Specialist Cabling
We are able to offer a range of Specialist Cabling Services that include the following
- Structured: This is designed to provide a secure foundation for a business’s communications requirements and to enhance the performance of its telephone system and IT equipment, it is more commonly referred to as Cat5 and Cat6 cabling.
We design, supply, install, terminate and test Cat5e and Cat6 cabling networks to a professional standard, adhering to all installation standards and manufacturer guidelines. - Fibre Optic: We can design, supply, install, terminate and test all fibre optic solutions, including both multi-mode and single-mode optical fibre, using the appropriate testing equipment, and are able to provide test results to our clients.
- Voice: We supply and install telephone systems and are thus fully conversant with CW1308 standard telephone cabling and all other types of voice cabling.
Service Maintenance
We can offer Telephone System Maintenance and service agreements for the following Telephone Systems:
- Mitel/Inter-Tel Axxess and CS5000 range
- NEC Aspire, NEC XN120 & NEC SV8100
- Panasonic systems from KXTD816 to KXTDA 200
- Samsung systems from the 408 to Office Serv range
We provide three levels of service;
- Gold 24/7, 365 days a year cover
- Silver 08:00 - 18:00 Monday to Saturday
- Bronze 09:00 - 17:30 Monday to Friday
We offer both onsite and remote maintenance support (where equipment allows).
Call Recording
We provide a complete Telephone Call Recording solution supplying all necessary software, hardware, installation, training and maintenance for Analogue, ISDN2e and ISDN30 telephone lines.
Our systems operate trunk side, recording all conversations both inward and outbound on a businesses telephone lines.
Our package, which includes the PC, Monitor and related peripherals, is extremely user friendly and with the aid of a simple browser makes the process of searching for a recording very simple.
