Where this looks likely to be the case, we will promptly assign a fully qualified engineer to call your customer and make appropriate suggestions to get them operational again in the quickest possible time. We understand that some customers are reluctant to delve too deeply into menus or remove ancillary items such as network cards and we are always sensitive to their concerns. We know that your time is valuable so we will only ask you for essential information when you call us.
You may not be aware, but in the unlikely event that we are unable to resolve a hardware problem within 3 days, perhaps due to the unavailability of spare parts from HP, then an equivalent or better loan machine will be provide FOC.
Call logging - ADY does not use automated telephone answering, you will always speak with a real person. Did you know that the average time it takes to place a service call with HP is 12 minutes? And this is after you have managed to talk with someone who can help you.
As a customer, we are able to keep track of any activity on the service calls you place by checking your service coordinator; additionally, you are automatically emailed with an action report each time there is a change in the status of any of your service calls.
