This application looks at the requirements of finding documents in filing cabinets, paper piling up on your desk and the desire to organise documents perfectly. This enables you to sort your documents digitally and on the users own PC!
It is a PC based document management solution that enables you to locally archive, manage and distribute files from a PC, scan, copy and/or fax. When combined with the ScanRouter, the user has the ability to view or transfer the scanned/faxed image from the server to the users PC.
The key benefits for this is to combine two or more jobs that can be printed as one document using the RPCS driver, for example, instead of outputting them separately, the user combines the jobs saving time and wasted output costs.
