How to maintain, or even reduce existing budgets, while offering the end user more.

Equipment and consumables often come out of separate budgets. The true cost of ownership is never appreciated. In a recent project, £2M was being spent on Laser and Inkjet Printer cartridges. 30% was saved, financing a huge upgrade of dated equipment. Users were consulted and were delighted with the improved facilities. The client saw major benefits in many areas and the Senior Managers were “delighted” with outcome of the project.

Most projects will in some form benefit from outside, independent advice. Cost justification for outside consultancy is easily demonstrated at the start of the project by a free of charge pilot study. A report showing cost and facility improvements is then submitted to enable the decision to be made.
